SMS Consent and Terms and Conditions:

1) SMS Consent Communication:

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 

2) Types of SMS Communications:

  If you have consented to receive text messages from ARK Law, PLLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

- Appointment or Court Date Reminders.

         Example: "Hello (name). Just a reminder that we have Court this Thursday morning at 9 a.m. in Pierce County Superior Court. I will see you there. Please call, text, or e-mail me with any questions beforehand. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

- Reminders of upcoming due dates for documents to the firm or the Court. 

         Example: "Hello (name). Just a reminder that your proof of completed community service hours have to be filed with the Court by next Friday the 30th. Please call, text, or e-mail me if you have any questions about this. Please Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."   

- Opt in, help, and opt out messages. 

- Follow-Up or response messages in response to your text messages to the firm. 

- Billing inquiries or statements. 

           Example: "Hello (name). Just a reminder that your monthly payment of $1,000 is due on February 1st next week. Please call, text, or e-mail me if you have any questions or issues with making that payment. Thank you! Please Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

- Requests to call or set up an appointment with the firm to discuss your case. 

       Example: "Hello (name). Please call, text, or e-mail me in order to set up a time for us to meet at my office next week to discuss your case. I am available Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon. Please let me know if either of those times would work for you. Please Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

3) Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week regarding your reminders for upcoming appointment or court dates. However, you will may receive more in a week if the firm is actively responding to messages from you. 

4) Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may very if the message is sent domestically or internationally. 

5) Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS Messages from ARK Law, PLLC in the following ways:

- Verbally, during a conversation over the phone or in person telling us that you would like to receive SMS messages from ARK Law, PLLC. 

- By texting the firm first, then we will respond to your text and assume that you are consenting by sending us an SMS message first. 


6) Opt-Out method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from ARK Law, PLLC. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by phone or email to request removal from our messaging approval list. Once you text STOP or notify us of revocation of your consent to receive SMS, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from ARK Law, PLLC.
